Definitely not! We print every GenGuard frame using high-density PLA+ filament with tuned wall thickness and infill settings. This creates a rigid exoskeleton that holds its exact shape, tolerances, and alignment for years to come—so your stacked display stays just as straight and solid as the day you set it up.

How high can I safely stack my collection, and will the tower slide or tip over?

You can stack with complete confidence! Every GenGuard frame features custom top-and-bottom alignment grooves that interlock directly into the case above and below it. Once placed together, they lock into a single, stable column that won't shift or slide, even if your shelf gets bumped.

As for vertical weight, each frame is tested to support over 33 lbs (15 kg) of direct pressure with zero flexing. To put that in perspective, a single GenGuard frame can comfortably handle the weight of over 35 booster boxes without transferring a single ounce of pressure to the box below it.   • All Sales Are Final > Due to the custom, 3D-printed nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

    Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival > We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives damaged or defective due to transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at 3dGenGuard@gmail.com.

    To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

    • You must provide clear photo/video evidence showing the damage to both the item and the shipping packaging.

    • The item must show no signs of buyer misuse, structural modification, or forced impact beyond transit damage.

    • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost, or a replacement unit store credit will be issued.

    Package Issues & Address Accuracy > Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. GenGuard is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Product Usage & Disclaimer > GenGuard products are designed exclusively as protective corner bumpers and stacking accessories for collectible items. By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

    • Weight & Capacity: Stacking limits and load capacities (e.g., 15 kg load-tested frames) apply strictly when products are used as intended on flat, stable surfaces. Overloading, dropping, or misusing cases voids replacement eligibility.

    • Material Characteristics: Products are manufactured using high-grade 3D-printing (PLA+) techniques. Subtle surface lines or minor cosmetic variations are inherent to the additive manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects.

    • Independent Brand Disclaimer: GenGuard is an independent brand and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Creatures Inc.

    Disputes & Chargebacks > By completing a purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to our All-Sales-Final and Damaged Item policies. Any unauthorized chargeback filed without first contacting customer support with required proof of damage will be contested using these posted terms, tracking proof of delivery, and order records.
